Jerry Norris, President

Jerry D. Norris - Mr. Norris is Founder and Co-owner of BATTLESPACE, Inc., a center of excellence for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV). As President and CEO of BATTLESPACE, Mr Norris negotiates, supervises, manages, and directs all aspects of the corporate business.

He is also Founder and Co-owner of River City Cellars, located in Richmond, Virginia, a leading edge vendor of exemplary wines and beverages.

Mr. Norris is a Management Member of BATTLESPACE FLIGHT SERVICES, LLC., providing Operational and Maintenance Support for UAVs.

He has been appointed Commissioner to the Arlington County Virginia, Economic Development Commission and is actively involved as a member of a County Study Committee to study requirement for a Convention Center in Arlington County, Virginia.

Mr. Norris is also a member of the Arlington County Virginia's BRAC Transistion Working Group.

Prior to BATTLESPACE, Mr. Norris operated J. D. Norris and Associates, Inc. providing services at the highest levels of government (USD(A)) and USDA(AT)) and several Congressional committees as well as the Unified and Specified CINCS to codify the Joint Concept of Operations and Systems Architecture for the employment of all classes of UAVs. Before Mr. Norris entered the business world, he spent 28 years in Naval Aviation and retired from the Navy as a Navy Captain in mid 1992. Captain Norris's Aviation assignments included, Commanding Officer of Fighter Squadron 51 and Fighter Squardon 124. Executive Officer of the Aircraft Carrier, USS Kitty Hawk and Commander of Carrier Air Wing 3 embarked in the USS John F Kennedy. As a Naval Flight Officer, Captain Norris accumulated over 4,200 flight hours and has 1,035 carrier arrested landings.
